1980	Plena Group Formed

1981	First acquisition (50% of Fjallraven AB)

1984	Acquistion of Yxhult AB (YTONG AG) (One of the largest corporate restructuring in Sweden at the time)

1992	Disposal of YTONG AG (revenues over 1bn DEM) to RMC PLC

1996	Acquistion of Dalmacjicement (largest privatision in Croatia at the time)

1997	Plena enters the South East European markets with acquisitions in Bosnia, Bulgaria and Greece

1999	Plena enters the Egyptian and Middle Eastern markets

2007	Disposal of Healthcare distribution division and takes position in a PE holding company (first time Plena works with a large Private Equity House)

2009	First acquisition in the financial sector

2009	Plena make its first investment in China

2011	Plena Group changes ownership
